When New York City (and the surrounding areas) were the hot spots, Gov Cuomo established a pact with 4 states, PA, CT, NJ and RI on the reopening of these areas. This was to limit travel when areas did reopen.

Where do most of the whorsemen come from, Eastern PA, NJ, and western CT that race at the shit hole known as Yawnkers  .

If you don't understand the BIG picture concerning the virus, vaccines and testing, then maybe you should shut the fuck up, READ and LISTEN  . If you think the virus is over, you are GREATLY MISTAKEN  .

Nobody is questioning the seriousness of the virus.
To require positive antibodies is the problem, as only people that have had the virus may have antibodies.  At least 90% have not had Covid-19, therefore, no antibodies.
