I keep reading this drivers change bullshit with the HI5 race.  Look at this.  Arnold is Shorts Old lady! if the ms. Arnold change on for Noble was anywhere during course of the evening's card or before it...ALL SOURCES THAT CARRY SCIOTO CHANGES NEED TO NOTE IT....for the protection of the bettor.
Someone in that Scioto pressbox is RESPONSIBLE to list changes, including late changes, just like that to all BETTING PLATFORMS.

Scioto needs to handle 2.28 million ( based on 5% ) to cover purses.  That's based on 5% but a regular trainer there said the horsemen have a lousy deal and get as low as 2%...
