  Completely agree, Risi is a clown at best very bad and love his 1/9 best bet plays. The guy that announces at Tioga is just as bad, sounds like Boo Boo Bear announcing. Should NOT be calling the action, very bad.

Have to agree about Risi!  Always screaming even though there is nobody in the stands!  Doesn't really have a racing pedigree (a little bit of knowledge is dangerous) as he has no conception of how important class and recent form is to handicapping!  Must work cheap!
