During the stretch call Steve Cross called Delong for the win with an upset at 7-1.
Then screen xhowed the odds of the horses during the race and Delong was 7-1.
Then tote board goes out and tv numbers go blank.
Cross says Delong returning to winners circle winning at 7-1 but there is a tote malfunction that is across the network not just Hoosier so there would be a delay.
So okay, no problem just have to wait a little bit.
Long time elapsed and when Cross says the payouts are up he pauses a second while he announces Delong pays 10.20 to win as if even he was confused by the win payout.
i had gimmicks not win bet but it appeared there was some money DQ'ed from the pools.
