IMPROPER CONDUCT OR LANGUAGE TO AN OFFICIAL
MGCB Ruling 7262 - Driver Edward Hennessey was disrespectful and used profanity
toward a MGCB Steward in the paddock area on August 22, 2020.
Status as of 10/16/2020 - Subsequent Ruling - A MGCB prehearing conference
was held over the telephone on October 1, 2020. As a result, the parties agreed to
settle this matter in the following manner: 1. The $250.00 fine will be held in
abeyance for one (1) year ending September 1, 2021. 2. The abeyance will be
triggered and Mr. Hennessey will owe the $250.00 if he receives another
Stewards’ ruling related to improper or disrespectful conduct during the one-year
time.
