Rosecroft?

All you get is very fast opening quarters in all classes anyway! 
Read the results and look at the last 1/4-mile times.
If you can figure out when to eliminate the chalk at this track, good money to be made on minimum investing.

 I get your point with the Rosecroft speed. Speaks to the fact that you don't necessarily need big handles to hit something decent.
 I will say in addition though, that any track and/or race you can eliminate the chalk, the chances are there.

I've watched one card of Rosecroft this year -- it looks like The Meadows style of racing but under lights.

Exactly how they race at Miami Valley, Scioto, and Dayton too—with natural sunlight and under the lights too!
