Natalie Rasmussen who with Mark Purdon gave up training for a year or two, in her last 16 drives at Addington Raceway covering two Fridays has won 10 of 16.

The smallest winning purse was 11,000. 3 of the wins were $57,600, $73,830 and $82,500 to the winners. She drove a really, really, really good 2yo Bettors Delight in Akuta who ran the mile and 1/4 in 2.21 and has had just 4 starts for 3 wins and a 2nd for $195,000.

This horse is out of a Christian Cullen mare and that cross with Bettors Delight has produced over 150 individual winners which is quite amazing.

She drives for Hayden Cullen who took over from her and Mark and also a couple of catch drive wins for other trainers.  She is winning at around 40 percent but she drives all the good horses. Not bad for a transplanted Aussie in NZ.

I still think they end up here within a year or two. They have been up here a couple of times

If you want to talk about down under females that no one here has heard of how about Emma Stewart in Australia.  She's the Nancy Takter over there.

There are 4 Grade 1 finals this Saturday for 2 and 3 year old pacers at Melton.

She has Six in the 2 yr old filly final including the four favorites.
The two favorites in the 2 yr old colt final
The favorites in both the 3 year old divisions plus a couple of others that qualified for the final.

Gonna be a good nights work for her.
