Some tracks have a designated marker where if a horse has not reached this fair start pole when the starter says go, the horse is declared a nonstarter, and all monies refunded. The horse is also put on the steward's list to re-qualify. Obviously, Harrington does not have one. If they do, the starter and judges messed up big time.

IF YOU ARE NOT READY WHEN THE STARTER CALLS, THEY AINT SPOSED TO WAIT FOR YOU. HE WAS OM A BREAK OF HIS OWN DOING, NO RECALL, NOR SHOULD THERE BE ONE

OK fine..But should of refunded and declared a non starter!

  • Albatross77: I saw Bukowski puking by the toilet. I asked about his gibberish posts. Buk slurred something about Zack shitting in his litter box and eating his sardines. And then he passed out again.I guess that was the whole kerfuffle.

  • Albatross77: My cat, Charles Bukowski, wrote it. You will have to ask him but he’s passed out from a three-day bender. I think he’s off his meds too.
