I know for a fact that a horse raced today that had definitely been purchased two weeks ago.  Yet the program still listed the previous owners.  It seems ridiculous that this transaction would take this long on paper and seems like the horse shouldn’t be able to race again until the new connections are disclosed.  What is the timeframe of this???

Depends if the transfer papers and new owners or registered with the Usta without the transfer papers be completed on the Usta no new owners will appear all signatures have to be signed from previous and new owners

And a 35 dollar paperless transfer fee

If claimed last night, new owner should be on paper next morning.
