Article in the Paulick report said she's introducing a bill in the NY state assembly to divert $230,000,000 from the slots revenues away from the tracks. Probably giving it to the homeless living in tents in Central Park. Losers

The bill says they want to put the money towards education. Isnt that what the lottery was supposed to do before they started moving the money to the general fund?
