I agree.  No way any owner is paying a straight training bill to him.  If he is, it's at a huge bargain.

Racing comissions leave him alone because they're afraid of the race card. 

Thats the only reason I can think of. if a White horseman pulled the stuff he be barred for life!

And sure enough very next drive..8 hole 50 to 1 and boom leaves( Gets a hole so the winner can 1/4 pole move) then decides to come 1ST UP! Needless to say were he finished! Laughable!
