It's NOT a friendly area. Eat at the track. Make sure your doors are locked and leave extra space so you have room for a quick get away if needed.

luc, what day  ?  the park for the phils is outstanding  ashburn alley(centerfield concessions) has many great food options and a cool place to watch the game.  no cash a the the stadium only cards accepted.  if they are open try villa di roma or dante and luigis  see you at chester

food at the track is awful  eat b4  not sure where your staying but tony lukes is a great sandwich shop and a philly mainstay
