read a article that said that in court the decision was over turned. Be interesting to see what the NJRC will do

I will be surprised if the NJRC goes against their initial ruling.

I thought it was a tough/bad call. But I doubt they will go against their initial decision. But that leads to another question of  if they don't over turn what's the point in ever taking the extra steps of fighting them

If the New Jersey Racing Commission does not adopt, modify or reject this decision within forty-five days and unless such time limit is otherwise extended, this recommended decision shall become a final decision in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-10.
