What the heck is all the brew haha with the race secretary at Saratoga. I hear the boss is giving him a talking to. Maybe all the connections in the race office are married to trainers?

I would guess it's the condition sheet. The amount of prohibitive winning favorites doesn't entice people to be interested in their product.

Maybe it was the number of horses scratched because they were ineligible for the races that they were drawn into .
