The way I read your link, and thanks for posting was the charges are above the name.  Scroll down to "Arrests" and see how it follows, then for her:

She could be the petitioner or the respondent there, and looks like they took her in despite on an outstanding warrant.

But the "baggage" in her Groom license DENIAL that sounds like she is under a serious microscope.  What shotgunner said probably played a part, dating and screwing over a prolific driver, at least in dem parts lol.
