When you write a shit condition sheet-allowing horses in condition classes that can have a 10 point TM rating advantage -then allowing a top point and shoot driver like Bartlett to make his selection AFTER the draw to ensure in most races hes on the favorite --this makes for shit racing and low handle.
Please fucking handicap these condition classes-put lower earners inside for starters.

Next------when Yonkers redid the surface-they fucked up bigtime. The final turn is NOT banked enough. Race after race-you see horses trying to go wide at the 3/4 pole only to see them either in the same position at head of the stretch-or in many cases actually lose ground as horses have to fight centrifugal forces owing to the track not being banked enough. Result==even more of an advantage for bartlett and co--as they are in front in most races on favorites.

Only thing more banked is your bad eyesight. The turn is fine.

  • Sweet: Please Lord, give PurpleSheetPicks FIXED ODDS at every track and every ADW he could wager with, he'll prove he's right.  Racing will be saved, a tsunami of gamblers will show back up, drugs, cheating, animal abuse will stop, real regulatory and enforcement will engage.  There'll be world peace, and he'll stop whining and crying!  Amen!  ;D

  • Sweet: The fact of the matter is the win pool on Beau Jangles was I believe a negative pool,  his real odds not 1/9 but 1/99.  Enough already, we're the real patrons of thius F'ing sport, many of us also care for these animals despite the best don't want drugs and whipping, abuse.  Competition yes!

  • Lockedin with Pace: Robust Hanover was a very small horse driven by William O'Donnell. In fact the late Stan Bergstein used to refer to him as the "little peanut".
