The deceased child is Waylon Winters, 4 year old son of Mark, Jr and Candace Winters. The tragic accident occurred at the Fayette Co. Fairgrounds at Washington Court House, Ohio. If anyone wishes to assist the family with expenses, there is information on the USTA website for the bank in Washington C.H. where a fund has been created.
