OH WELL, first time shoes off. Dont be shocked if this horse gives Melander a Hambo / Hambo Oaks sweep

Would love to see this.

When Brandywine was racing many years ago, I had a trotter in to race one night and in the paddock next to me was a Swede. I can't remember his name but after talking back and forth waiting to race, He mention to try and take the front shoes off to help with a interfere problem I was having behind. Turn shoes around in front to jog and train but on race night remove them.

And BINGO! $$$

True story!

  • Lockedin with Pace: Robust Hanover was a very small horse driven by William O'Donnell. In fact the late Stan Bergstein used to refer to him as the "little peanut".
