Very simple rule when it comes to playing the "Where's Ira" game:
Wherever Barnard is, Ira will be walking 3 steps behind him - at all times! Ira never loses sight of his mooching target. It doesn't matter if it's Billy Mac, Langley, or Barnard. The small pinches of cash he gloms off of the Cindy's and Robertas of the world are meaningless compared to his big fish he leeches off of.
