So he owns most of the horses he races, then you suspend him for months and /or the horses that get the positives don’t race for a period of time. Soon or later he will starve or move on to another track . If every track would have stiff fines / penalties and long term suspensions for the horses and trainers, then they will have no where to race .

I don't think he will starve as long as he's using what he's been using..Pulling in big money from Delaware purse account and commission just sits and watches!

He has always been a high percentage trainer with a small stable.  Seems to have a few more lately and has been cleaning up.  Not sure why he has taken in the Berry clan, he was fine before they came along.

He is his own beard. Ingenious

 ngc3

I think Bobby is his middle name. Rather go by Bobby rather than Andrew.  They both however(lol)have some wicked shit and are making Jim King Jr look like a Ceba Horsey as trainer

True. Not to mention he's hooked up with D Davis I would like to see his lifetime UDRS. And why does he only win at Dover?

where do they find the research that these human drugs work on horses to make them go faster? How do they know how much to give? When? negative side effects

I don't think no drug makes them go so called "faster". Rather than breath better (lungs) and improve stamina (blood). I don't think any drug will turn a 205 pacer who won't try into a 155 run away pacer. But some can help a horse reach his true potential whatever that might be.

History lesson

Bobby Glassmeyer came to Delaware with Pat Berry and his brother Shawn answering a weird ad in HARNESS HORSE for a trainer for "WOODY LONG"    (Late nineties).....
Long story short ....Woody Long and Shawn parted ways and Bobby and Pat took his place...then Pat went off to try to make a living driving....Curren tly both train together and should be listed as a stable....Glassme yer is married to a vet

Another explanation

Dylan Davis ....Kevin Lare's step-brother
.... former Fishman client (history ,of course)
.... number one client of Tony Morgan

Wouldn't it be a great experiment to see what his UTR would be without all of this assistance

I remember Shawn had a wife named Ingrid down at Pompano. Very pretty.
