Purses go up a bit in the spring/summer. Nothing earth-shattering, LOL. However, the cost of living in that area is very, very low, so everything is relative.

So is the standard of living.

But when looking at your cost of doing business, PEDs are expensive everywhere!

Yes, the cost of living is lower in that area than in the greater metropolitan area. Simply a fact. Sorry you are so mentally handicapped.

perhaps you don’t understand it may have gone over your head… So you’re telling me the price of produce and fuel is cheaper at Monticello? The price of gas genius in Sullivan county is the same price that It is an Orange county. If you go to McDonald’s for a hamburger it’s the same price in Orange County then it is in Sullivan county. I paid a couple pennies more per gallon in Yonkers than I did in Sullivan county a couple of weeks ago. Property taxes is a different story. Much cheaper in Sullivan county.  Do your homework dummy.
