Racing for no money will do that. The horses pay in the end.

When they are short of horses better to race 2x a week instead of training them in between

Incredible. Harness Racing survives off donations from the states. Breeds Standardbreds it trashes to kill pen. Then asks for more donations to save them. Can't make this shit up.
