Not sure with selling a wheel business has to do with the Delaware positives? He's not named in the positives I believe.
The rumblings when it first happened was that he was the provider. One of the people told Maryland RC that’s whom they got it from.

DE does not like to make waves or disrupt the day to day operation.  Large barns and figures like Tony Morgan are nearly untouchable if the offense occurs in DE.  When bigger names get popped in other jurisdictions like Kevin Lare did, it forces their hand to an extent.  They then allow horses to be transferred into the suspended person’s son or employee’s name and the horses never even have to change stalls.  If that’s all you are going to do, why do anything.  And their answer is:  “ok, we won’t”!  😂. I’m making light of the situation, but it really is sad.  And is a slap in the face to the other horsemen racing there!   tmbz1

I heard Wagner has to return well over $150,000 in prizemoney-and had proof he personally had nothing to do with the positives.Judges gave him 0 days--but the monetary fines and return of purses stands--which is substantial.

Everyone who got these positives 1000% gave it to the horse. The drug is not even supposed to be in USA

I don't think you are making light of the situation at all. This is no different than the Lance Armstrong scandal. They got away with it until the dam broke from all the cracks. This will get resolved when members of racing commissions, governing bodies, whatever, start getting indicted along with the criminals they're protecting.

GRANDSTAND,,,,,,,,,people born in my era  the 60s believe that if people can see the truth they will run to the hills,,,,,,,,,Baseball and other sports will tell you that someone got caught with PEDS but in harness racing they lie about everything and never talk thruths,,,,,,,,,  Having nobody  talking about the sport has killed the sport and racetracks have gone so far that most newspapers do not cover harness racing as thats not how a good reporter works,,,,,,,At weg THEY will say a horse looks great on the track but never say a horse looks real bad on the track,,,,,,,,,,,,,, If a weg person was calling a football game he would say that the QB GOES BACK TO PASS AND THROWS A 3 YARD INTERCEPTION and that was just a great pass,,,,,,,,,,

Tracks like Maryland and Delaware are tight nit communities. If you start investigating you might not like, were it leads, thus why everything is tight lip when it comes to positives and no information being released. They know if they mess up with Casino money then they're back racing for $800 per race.
