John, the citizens that are committing crimes can be reduced by supporting law enforcement and courts keeping the repeat offenders in jail for lengthier periods of time.   Dem states like to catch and release and hope.

As for migrant crime, a good % can be avoided by turn back or detention at the border, state support of ICE in their investigations, immediate removal of illegals that have committed any crime and completing the fence.
