That’s his style nothing wrong with that in my view.
Larry Bird and MJ had different styles but both were still great.

Different styles is a different thing than physics. If you rock back and forth you are pushing and pulling the bike..and thus the horse..forward and back. I can't say how much of a difference it makes but there is no chance it helps.

I actually think he his a decent driver, but that particular move makes me insane.

That style got another horses skull cracked open near the finish line at the meadowlands. Nothing wrong with that?

As good as those guys that we call the best, just my opinion. Seems to put his drives in play most races and what else can you ask for if your betting.

There's a big difference between being good and great. Dexter Dunn is obviously the best and elite. The next few are great but not as good, then you have the ones below them who are very good but not great, then ones who are good, then ones who are average or slightly above. Some people don't like Joe, I happen to think he's a good driver with live hands, my one criticism is alot of times he's over-aggressive which is okay at Yonkers but not at Meadowlands.

He and his cuzzin Ceba Horsey should be fined or suspended if they even carry a whip.  I have been in the presence of people that I was trying to familiarize with the sport I love.  Watching JB reef one as he starts to back through the field is hard to rationalize and appears to be animal abuse.  Horsey is even worse, the fact that this ass clown even has a license is a total laughable disgrace.
Watch Dunn, Tetrick, Miller, Jim MacdDonald .....they use the whip sparingly or not at all.  No Joe does not have good hands...he is a disease.

Ask Brian Sears about how his whipping cost him the Meadowlands Pace

The new form is to rock and jump around I think they received  some bad advice from the bike manufacturer I mean would ANYONE want to move forward at  a fast speed if someone was jumping up and down, or sitting and actually ‘driving’ you forward? Think about it 🫤

Totally disagree about Joe. Yes he’s aggressive for sure but he does have talent and one always gets their moneys worth on the vast majority of his drives.
To me it seems that he works his ass off and results speak for themselves.

this is an embarrassing statement ngc3

I like his driving and he gets the most out of his horses.

If they started assassinating drivers they would kill an innocent man.

What's he going to tell the owner tomorrow after he's up the track again?  I'm sure there's a good story ready for someone like that
