heres what a very good friend of 1 of the parties told me adn i quote,,,

"The kid artie had a set of wheels bought from Smiolin in july of 2012. He had pictures and bobby to prive it but the wheels that pat curtin had were a stolen set. And were stolen in december or january.. so someone had a set of stolen wheels and either set up pat or artie.  Only difference in the wheels were two kind of bolt hubs. One for a standard bik and one like a quick hitch with a tiny axle."
