So much hate on these boards. No wonder people still can't get along in 2015. Truth be told it is a correct story. These drivers are all piss poor having to stick around Illinois racing because they either can't leave or they are not talented enough to make money elsewhere. The biggest thief remains JJ. I will leave it at that with the word out of the casino camp. Tracks are given a week to sell then the investment banker takes over. At that point it will turn ugly for the Johnston's. I was given the dollar price that would satisfy all parties. At that price however there aren't takers lining at the door. Nobody in there right mind would want to buy either place when no one can make heads or tails of the books.
I actually had doubts about the "stealing" part of this story and figured there was probably a middle ground somewhere closer to maybe finding it on the floor but not returning it.
But now that you offer another credible source of confirmation I no longer have any doubts.
This really is a sad result of never having to work hard for a living and having every opportunity given to you.
