Who cares as long as they meet the number
So what are they guaranteeing other than a delayed post time
It's true. The track just don't care about a race delay as long as the guarantee is finally met, or as little loss as possible is taken if it's not met. The guarantee is to hopefully entice/bait the public to bet enough so the track doesn't have to pay out of pocket. C'mon Hush. You know this. At least you have been broadening your perspective lately.
If your a gambler you don't want the guarantee to be met by wagering, you want it to be short and have the track have to add money. It increases the payoff that way
