A couple grand in pools each race... You literally have about 100 bettors at most (same ones each race) betting each other. What meaningful purpose is there in gambling with that type of low reward?

Just close these racetracks down. Its actually for the best for the sport.

There welfare tracks for horsemen and only for horsemen.
