It’s not possible to measure the worth of a human being -- until now. Jason Bartlett, Yonkers Raceway’s perennial leading driver, has been appraised at a cool $200.
Well, sort of.
As part of harness racing’s Trotting 4 Charity initiative, Bartlett’s special set of colors -- which he wore during a few racing programs -- brought $200 at an auction which closed Wednesday night (May 23). The colors were won by Joe Betro of Delancey’s Bar and Restaurant in Goshen, N.Y.
