Yonkers horsemen thinking of sueing

 With the French sale now complete and a series planned for the trotters involved, spoiled brat horsemen are contemplating a lawsuit to write races for ny breds only.  It would really give the potentially new MGM management an insight as to just what type of people they will have to deal with in their new purchase.  With the contract up for negotiation next year horsemen are looking to open a can of whoopass and it may just be their asses gonna be whooped

I thought the NY legislators gave the nod to writes NY restrictions on race conditions a couple years back. Saratoga writes them for trotters often, with a increase in purse vs. non state breds of the same condition.

Great chart you posted. The big favorite sat in 4th on the rail. NY racing at it's finest. Maybe this was the race Pigland said they would fix for Cross. Dobson does take orders from Backwith.
