Northville Downs dual gait maiden

Maiden race with both gaits 6/22. Are they hurting for horses that bad they have to group them all in one? I've seen it for qualifiers but not an actual race.

Look like all pacers to me? Which ones are trotters?

You're right. I went back and checked. Earlier it was listed as both. I thought that was odd.

Would of been very odd! I don’t even think Northville is that desperate, yet.

Years ago Monticello had a trotter in a pacing race for 14 year olds at the end of December. I think the horse was Jenna Marvel...anyway she went off like 2/1 and clearly was too slow for the pacers.

  • JOHN FRANK: Had a great day. Went to grade school in mornin with 4 other vets. Love it when kindergarteners wonder what is that old white bearded man doin. the others were dressed in fatique unies as they in NATIONAL GUARD. Then went to CARPENTERSVILLE park to VETERANS MEMORIAL,for there service and was up for picture takig with 14 other vets. It was a tie between me and one other guy as to who was the oldest VET. Then went to VFW and thepread. Had some chow and a coke. No complaints on day so far. But: IT ain't over till its over.
