The "drag" is killing any chance of bringing new fans and customers into this game. The problem is that is that if anything is going to get done about it, every track as to agree to stop it, and unless a governing body gets involved, it just isn't going to happen because there is zero chance of every track cooperating. The handles at these tracks don't start jumping until after 0 mtp because the gamblers know how the drag works. If one track tries to put a stop to it, they probably will initially lose lots of handle dollars. Unfortunately, the drag is here to stay. Just another variable that is contributing to the slow death of racing brought on by the very people who continue to make the same mistakes.

Ive heard the Lexington hub allows this activity....many rumors have linked that place to shenanaginsbut there will always exists the dolts who insist on "showing me the proof"
