I'm sure everybody else knows by now that Gural is NOT allowing Lasix to be used in the Hambo.

I did not know this until now when I looked at the bottom of my program.

I didn't put this in a Hambo thread because to me there are other factors here than just the Hambo itself.

When I had RG's Crusader that horse would friggin bleed over the Lasix!

He got the allowable limit and sometimes he still bled and badly.

Stopped like he was shot in the head.

It's looks like there are 3 horses this affects and Wolfgang is one of them.

So what are the medical caveats, if any, if these horses can't get their Lasix?

Will they for sure bleed and race poorly?

And if the state normally allows Lasix how can Gural say no?

As soon as I read the bottom of the race page and saw the no Lasix the first thing I thought of was the $15K I flushed down the toilet by giving it to Mike Brink for that piece of shit.


Then the next thing was if it will have any affect on the horses in the Hambo?

This is the worst part of getting 

Forgetting last year's restrictions at different tracks for the big races especially who uses detention barns.

On the positive side I can watch Seinfeld reruns and laugh my ass off all over again.

A great card of racing....the best drivers in the sport....most of the best horses.......on a mile track which favors the best horse.....

I would like to thing that Joe Faraldo is not this jealous of Gural and the Meadowlands...... to make statements like this..wishing bad weather on a day that promotes harness racing

Hambo handle or hamble for short   may not vary much, but the size of the walk up crowd may shrink noticeably causing the track operator and even bigger loss in concession sales resulting in an even larger day in the red for the track owner/operator.  And to this track operator, no matter how wealthy he claims to be, it is always about the nickels and dimes he makes.
