At the risk of sounding sexist - OK, not really any risk * This industry is appealing to a demographic that still embraces the culture more of the 70s than the 2000s.  To that end - A cute trumpeteer,  bikini clad femmes parding with race number cards a la boxing matches -- Hooter girls do the handicapping show pre-race (even it they're just reading -- , hhhmm?  OK, the reading part could be trouble) - and, yum-yums sprinkled into the event as can  *  NOW, see there, LUC and his horn blowing topic might just have some conversational valu  ?
