I heard the guy contacted the USTA because he sold a mare to J. Taddeo for breeding purposes, but is racing her.  Threatening lawsuits from Columbus OH to Scaboro ME.  Anyone know the fella?

I am very good friends with Ken and the horse "A hard days night" was sold stictly as a broodmare .....I believe this guy out of monticello who was in cahoots with Tadeo hoodwinked Spinney into selling the horse with no intentions of breeding her.....The horse had major issues and Ken was trying to do the right thing by the horse......this business is full of low lives that will do anything to  screw others....very unfortunate....I advised him to litigate...the problem is Tadeo probably doesent have two nickels to put together...

Thanks Mass.  I thought the story was only a rumor.  I was wrong apparently.

I advised him not too as there is no contract......not hing in writing...was a verbal conversation ...you know how that goes....lol
