his thoroughbred with Jorge Navarro just won a 100k claiming crown at Gulfstream....Chr is Oakes, Crawford Farms & Casie Coleman--have also used high % trainer Navarro (Casie owned a thoroughbred with Surick)---"birds of a feather".....

A source at The Meadowlands has told Harnesslink that harness racing trainer Nick Surick has been suspended indefintly by the New Jersey Racing Commission from the Meadowlands and Feehold Raceway.
 
Seven of his horses were just scratched from tonights racecard at The Meadowlands. They were;
 
Race 1 - Idle Bones N
Race 4 - Mac's Secure
Race 5 - Hepburn Hanover
Race 5 - Livingthedream
Race 6 - JK Parlay
Race 9 - American Image
Race 10 - Abbeylara

wow I haven’t seen them use a ruling like the since the 70’s when judges actually punished people.  Essentially there is or at least used to be a clause where a track can deem you undesirable and just throw you out.  And that ruling sounds like an avenue towards undesirable.  I don’t know or care about Surick I’m just surprised someone with balls made a ruling.
