RULING# 19002C On January 24, 2019, additional documentation was provided to Meadows
Race Track investigators which, upon review, proves that Meredeth Sammons was not fully
forthcoming and truthful in her under oath statement to Meadows investigators regarding her
criminal past. This falsification is in violation of PA Code Title 58 § 185.33(2)(vi). Additionally,
due the volume, and nature of the criminal activity, the State Horse Racing Commission
(Commission) cites Act 114, Section 9323 (g.1)(6)(i)(ii), and determines that Ms. Sammons
does not demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence to be a person of good character,
honesty and integrity. Therefore, as is its right under 9323 (g.1), the Commission hereby
REVOKES the license of Meredeth Sammons. Please note that you have the right to appeal
this decision in writing to the State Horse Racing Commission within ten (10) days after notice

Yeah if they asked "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" she said she had not and this ruling is based upon that case, she has a good lawsuit on her hands.

Presumably there are other criminal convictions because the case linked earlier in the thread would not be a proper evidence to exclude someone. I wouldn't be surprised said person was responsible for other crimes if they were willing to leave their child in a car while grabbing beers. However, that alone is not sufficient to bar said person.
