I honestly think if the conditions were written for Miller's horse she may not of wanted to race based on unfair conditions being written that actually were not based on any merits of racing but simply ignoring racing rule #445ZZ that indicates conditions cannot specifically be announced prior to race time or tea time but may apply solely for the entertainment of those that have never attended a harness race or have not had steady employment for five continuous years with only a few exceptions one being that drivers that have a C in there name must start from the second tier but if they have a N in their name they are totally exempt from this condition unless it is Tuesday in which case the horse if grey must be repainted to be black or it must not race with any clothes on unless it is the 4th of the month in which case Miller must scratch the horse a week in advance!

Just because the horse fit the nw condition does not mean the horse is eligible to race. First, the horse must meet the nw class. Then, must meet the recent class threshold. The sec makes that determination based on the horses recent class. This decision here does show partiality to the trainer. She usually does exclude this type to keep her crappy races filled with equally crappy horses. The design is objectivity l, the goal is competitive fields = better handle. Place is an infested hell hole. Stay away.
