RIP MONROE PETE

One of the true characters that made attending a racetrack a fun evening.. One night after the races Pete was complaining to everyone who would listen about how close he came to nailing the last race.. and he said "I have lost more money out here, than you guys have ever bet" to that one guy, might have been me said... Thank you!
