Swandre won other nite, but didn’t look good going. Something off behind
Greenshoe best 3 yr old trotter by far. Not sure better than Walner or Muscle hill though. Too early to try to compare. Will see

new additional owners on Greenshoe

they think he's best

must've paid up big

my opinion, Gympanzee not even close to him

if he stays flat, he's by far the best

Is he even beatable. Won on pace night out of 13 hole for fun. He arguably had better season last year than Greenshoe; Winning Yonkers trot and Breeders Crown. (Would of done better if Sears stayed on him vs Greenshoe). Can win on lead or in the back with horrible trip. I can't see either of the mares beating him; definitely not on a shorter track.

Captain Corey sets the Meadows 2 yr old track record in his first lifetime start in 154.1 in hand for Ake and Gympanzee's owners.   Never saw his sire Googoo Gaagaa race but I heard he was good.

That was an outstanding mile. Absolutely vicious. The Meadows isn't a great speed track for trotters, thats probably a sub 52 mile at The Big M or Lexington.

Unusual breeding, fast, made a lot of breaks if I remember right.

To me, he looked very similar to the sire.

Powerful performance

Did some homework.  Very unusual horse cross bred Pacing Sire Trotting Dam this one probably named because Corey did the driving on Googoo

"Googoo Gaagaa moving to Sweden for 2020

Sweden is welcoming Googoo Gaagaa. Googoo Gaagaa, the pacing-bred trotting sensation, has been successful in Sweden with his first small crop producing top horses like Bythebook, 1:55.3, and Power 1:56.2 (approximately $95,000). Those horses were conceived with frozen semen while the stallion stood at stud in the US

Very early Googoo Gaagaa showed he was an exceptional horse. In one of his first races, at the half-mile Ocean Downs oval, he won by 41 lengths in a track record time of 1:56. That prompted driver Jim Morand to say, “He’s a fantastic horse with a huge step. He can trot in 1:55, even in a bull ring.”

Googoo Gaagaa moved on to Pocono Downs and lowered the world record to 1:50.4 when he won the $500,000 Earl Beal Jr. Memorial. He was not eligible to the Hambletonian but two weeks later beat Hambo winner Market Share in the Colonial. Corey Callahan drove him to victory.

“I've never driven a faster trotting horse,” said Callahan

Sweden bought the stallion for 150k? He never got mares here. He has a good opportunity.

I don't think he was sold.  In doing more research I found he was bred, owned and trained by Richard Hans and was probably treated like a pet on his Maryland Farm, I don't think he would have sold him, certainly not for that price.  The 150 number may come from this.

"The interest for the stallion is overwhelming. Googoo Gaagaa’s book is already full for 2020, which means that 150 mares already have booked him as their partner for the next breeding season."

While Captain Corey's performance was electrifying and marked him as a colt to watch in the 2-year-old trotting division, trainer/driver Ake Svanstedt said it came as no surprise to him.

"He got home very well in his qualifiers," Svansted said. "He's a huge horse. I think he's one of the best young horses I've ever trained. He's staked everywhere. "

Good luck to the rest of them this season
