. that would be INCORRECT there is no subjectivity about gaining an advantage for one pylon people like you contribute to the mass confusion of others
Scroll to page 114, 18.08.02 (c) & after reading I'll accept your apology. https://www.agco.ca/sites/default/files/rules_of_standardbred_racing_2018.pdf
you receive no apology for pulling up outdated rules that nobody enforces. Your nice near little handbook talks about horses need to pace 2:06 to get into a race.. so these guidelines you posted are about 50 years old and nobody pays any attention to.times have changedrules have changed your mind culture has not changed
someone please post link to current rules.thx
'Pylon violation rules' gave judges further latitude to invent their own official race finish order. A very dangerous tool for judges to have who might be a bit unscrupulous or have a bet on the result. Sorry folks...FACTSPylons have just muddied the water..just the way those 'controlling the results' needed. Why be at mercy of judges stand when you should only be at mecy of the drive.
Hitting a pylon is like hitting the hubrail but with no give. you leave the course, for any reason, you should be eliminated from the contest! Pylons are there for safety and not meant to be hugged so tightly because there is no fear of flipping over them.
