This idea by the OH-IO HHA to invent a mercy job for him is nonsense.  The insiders of the associations and agencies are so out of touch that they believe this guy is a positive.  Only because he's nuzzled his way into a faux pedestal of importance.  If they would but look at the faces of the patrons when this old style crap blares thru the speakers - they would see the looks of displeasure ...  Thing is - we all as enthusiasts, gamblers, horsemen et al are familiar w/ the sport in a knowledgeable way of sorts -- the casual track going public could care less.  They don't know this guy, or - for that matter - any of the ordained celebrities ...
