When will you people figure out it has nothing to do with the USTA !!! They are a record keeping company all they do is post rulings from all of the racing commissions they don’t get a penny if that money. Ask your state legislature where the money goes

Can't believe how stupid people are. Fines go to the states, USTA has nothing to do with it at all, they are a record keeping organization, and license, that's all.  They have NOTHING to do with states commissions. Though I would like to get a look at the usta's books I bet there is a lot of wasted money.
