I don't follow Dover closely but when I do watch, Nap looks lost there.
His UDR is somewhat under .250. At Pocono and Chester it's much higher.
I guess his crooked little network doesn't extend to Delaware.
Jimmy has slowed down but can still drive.
Years ago he could drive with anyone.

Nap has no shot at staying with jimmy now that his juice man is facing federal charges . On talent alone it’s no contest even at Jimmy’s old age . Yes Captain he should but even Herve had Ofer days . Even with that jimmy is still leading the pocono crew missing days and taking ofers . Doesn’t say much for the rest of them does it ?
