I was wondering why Cal Expo is the only harness track racing, yet I see so many non-harness tracks ran today- Sam Houston, Santa Anita, Los Alamitos, Turfway, Charlestown, Fair Grounds, Golden Gate, Oakland, Turfway.

charles town in west virginia where theres like 2 cases in whole state. lots of cal tracks i dont know thought state was shut down. texas i guess not too many cases either.
