  RACING DOES NOT POLICE ITSELF IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, IT TAKES AN OUTSIDE AGENCY TO GET  AN HONEST PRODUCT.  THE RACING INDUSTRY CANT BE TRUSTED, PERIOD.  IT NEEDS CUSTOMERS WITH IMPARTIAL EYES TO POLICE IT,  DOES AN FBI AGENT HAVE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE LIST OF TRACK OFFICIALS? AND DONT THAT SECRET SET OF EYES HAVE TO BE UNDERCOVER? MEANING THAT PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO MIX IN A SOCIAL CROWD TO PROTECT THEIR ANONYMITY

RACING IS NOT AN ESSENTIAL OCCUPATION AND UNTIL THE SITUATION IS SAFE FOR ALL TO ATTEND, NO ONE SHOULD.  THIS INDUSTRY NEEDS TO BE DISINFECTED FROM THE BOTTOM UP AND NO ONE CAN DO THAT NOT BEING THEIR IN PERSON, LIVE AND IN COLOR.  BASED ON THE RECENT INDICTMENTS, RACING IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED TILL A WHOLE NEW SET OF PARAMETERS IS ADOPTED AND HORSEMEN SHOULD HAVE NO PART IN SETTING THOSE PARAMETERS.

 THEY SHOULD DO WHAT THEY ARE TOLD AND SHUT THE FUCK UP

  Isnt the purpose of having racing at a facility is to have humans interact in person and to have families be entertained. Knowing none of you have any friends your goal is to see no one else has any either?   Racing is to be held only for the purpose of gambling?

Then why should a track owner even open a facility? Maybe add a % to his take out share and the purse so he makes as much as horsemen after all it is his facility that takes care of the track and would be required to sanitize the place after you dirty scummy fucks leave every day
