I don't see any New York tracks opening until the racinos open. That would push the openings back.

Spoke to a judge in Pa this am, he knows a judge in NY. Says neither of them know what the plan is, but doesn´t think it will before middle of June. He thought we have a shot before the casinos, states need revenue. He thought they would start with a limited number of races, limited people in the paddock, everybody wearing masks maybe even drivers.
