Article in local Albany ny newspaper (Times Union) today indicates a local researcher at RPI (engineering college) is projecting capital district region will peak in co-19 cases btw mid-May and mid -June.

Not sure what that means in terms of Saratoga racecourse and the harness track if true, but wouldn't make me warm and fuzzy if I was counting on them opening sooner rather than later.
