His presentation listed the following harness racing tracks:  Batavia Downs, Buffalo Raceway, Monticello Raceway, Saratoga Raceway, Tioga Downs, Vernon Downs and Yonkers Raceway as well as these four Thoroughbred tracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park, Finger Lakes Racetrack and Saratoga Race Course as being able to resume racing on June 1.
